Is this mask a replacement for medical grade masks like N95?
NO. This mask is for personal use and is NOT a replacement for medical grade masks like N95. This mask does not include a slot for a filter. For safety, follow the CDC guidelines for cloth masks.

What are the Care Instructions?
We recommend washing your mask before first use and following after each wear.
Crossbones Face Mask: Machine wash on gentle cycle & air dry as needed.
Patterned Face Masks with Adjustable Ear Straps: Hand Wash only & air dry as needed.

Can I exchange or return my mask if it does not fit?
Unfortunately due to the nature of this product, all mask sales are final and they can not be returned or exchanged.

What should I do if my mask does not fit?
Masks should be secure to your face, but still comfortable to wear.
-Patterned Face Masks have Adjustable Ear Straps for an easy way to tighten your mask.
-If your Crossbones Face Mask is too big we suggest tying a small knot in each of the elastic ear loops to tighten the mask to your face.
-If your Crossbones Face Mask is too small you can purchase products online called Face mask Ear Extenders, or use household items like elastic bands, paper clips or bobby pins, to modify the fit of the mask by wearing it more like how you would swimming goggles, than a traditional mask.

What material is the mask and where is it made?
Crossbones Face Masks are 50% Polyester / 50% Cotton, and are manufactured in USA.
Patterned Face Masks with Adjustable Ear Straps are Multi Layered Polyester and are imported.

Does it have a filter?
This mask does not include a slot for a filter. Crossbones Face Masks are made from two layers- Outer layer is made from a super soft poly/cotton jersey that is fused to a 100% polyester non-woven liner. There is a 4" wide inner wire at the top of the mask so it can fit securely to your nose.
